  • Weather Conditions and Monitoring.

  • Ambient Controls within coating parameters.

  • Confirmation of chlorides, nitrates, sulphates to be within PPM parameters of specified coatings.

  • Surface Cleanliness

  • Anchor profile

  • Wet Film Confirmation

  • DFT (dry film thickness) as required via PA-2.

  • Coating cure confirmation

  • Holiday testing
